Oppo Find N2 Flip: The first Clamshell foldable phone with 50MP camera and Super VOOC charging, all you must know

Oppo Find N2 Flip: Oppo released the Oppo Find N2 Flip, a clamshell, foldable Android smartphone, in China in December 2022. The creative and luxurious phone was later seen on numerous certification websites, indicating that the Chinese smartphone firm is preparing for the international debut of the Find N2 Flip. It appears that the smartphone will soon compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 handset, as promotional material has leaked online.

About the launch

On Oppo INNO Day last year, Oppo introduced the Oppo Find N2 Flip in China. The smartphone debuted alongside the Oppo Find N2, a foldable smartphone that unfolds to reveal a tablet-like screen. While the Oppo Find N2 may not be available outside of China, marketing photographs for the Oppo Find N2 Flip have leaked online, confirming the device's availability in overseas countries.

Display

The Oppo Find N2 Flip Android smartphone competes directly with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4. A similar "clamshell" folding mechanism unfolds a tall display on the Oppo smartphone. When the smartphone is folded, there is a little display that may be accessed.

The OPPO Find N2 Flip features a 6.8-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. A layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protects the display. The 32MP front camera has a hole-punch cutout in the upper centre.

Cameras

The Find N2 Flip sports a 3.26-inch HD+ OLED secondary display with a refresh rate of 60Hz that is constantly accessible. The outside screen is nearly double the size of the 1.9-inch screen on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.

Oppo has installed a dual camera arrangement alongside the outside screen, along with an LED flash module. A 50MP primary camera sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor are included. The back camera can record 4K HDR video.

Memory and Dimensity

The global model of the Find N2 Flip will have a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage. The Find N2 Flip will be powered by a 4300mAh battery. Oppo is anticipated to include a 44W fast charger in the smartphone's retail packaging.

Dimensions

When unfolded, the Find N2 Flip weighs roughly 191 grammes and measures 166.2 x 75.2 x 7.45mm. The Find N2 Flip folds down to 85.5 x 75.2 x 16.02mm. As per the leaked posters, the smartphone will be available globally in Astral Black and Moonlit Purple colors.
