Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in July 2025, likely during its second Galaxy Unpacked event. Alongside the Z Fold 7, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is also expected to make its debut. While Samsung has not yet confirmed these releases, leaks and rumours are already fueling excitement.

A key leak emerged from Weibo, where a render of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 briefly appeared before being removed. Screenshots from the post show the phone’s rear design, featuring a vertical triple camera setup similar to the previous model. However, the flash has been repositioned, suggesting a significant camera upgrade.

Reports hint that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 may include a powerful main sensor, possibly around 200 megapixels. If true, this would mark a major leap in camera technology for foldable smartphones.

Powerful Specs And Pricing

In terms of design, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is rumoured to be the thinnest foldable device to date. Leaked dimensions indicate it will be just 3.9mm thick when unfolded and 8.9mm when folded, making it more compact and pocket-friendly than earlier versions.

Under the hood, the phone is expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor and come with 12GB of RAM. The battery is likely to have a capacity of 4,400mAh. Charging speed may remain unchanged at 25W wired charging.

The Z Fold 7 is also said to feature an edge-to-edge cover display, enhancing its sleek and modern look. These upgrades could strengthen Samsung’s position in the premium foldable market.

Price estimates place the base model, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, at around Rs. 1,64,999. This aligns with the device’s high-end specs and features.
