TVS Jupiter 125: Design and Styling
The TVS Jupiter 125 features chrome accents and a modern, muscular style. It features diamond-cut alloy wheels, dual-coloured interior panels, and LED lighting. The bike’s side panel, speedometer console, and headlight all have chrome accents and linings.
The Jupiter 125 features a speedometer that is partially traditional and somewhat digital, showing data like trip metres and fuel economy. Additionally, it has an external fuel filler cap on both the front and left side of the apron. There is room beneath the seat since the fuel tank is beneath the floorboard.
Powertrain details
A 124.8cc fuel-injected two-valve engine that generates 8.1PS and 10.5Nm powers the TVS Jupiter 125. The scooter achieved 57.27 km/l in the city and 52.91 km/l on the highway in our real-world mileage tests.
Features onboard
The TVS Jupiter is equipped as standard with an LED headlamp and LED tail lights, an external fuel refill located in the front, a key shutter mechanism for the ignition keyhole, a USB charging outlet, two hooks, and the best-in-class 33-litre under-seat storage box. The instrument console of the Drum and Disc models is partially digital, with an LCD screen for the trip metre, fuel gauge and odometer in addition to an analogue speedometer.
The SmartXonnect model, on the other hand, features a fully digital instrument console with a TFT screen for turn-by-turn navigation with voice assistance, calls, social media and SMS alerts, average mileage, distance-to-empty and real-time sports, weather and news updates. The LCD screen for the speedometer, odometer, trip metre and fuel gauge is part of the console.
TVS Jupiter 125Price in India
There are three versions of the TVS Jupiter 125: Drum, Disc, and SmartXonnect. Pristine White, Indiblue, Dawn Orange, and Titanium Grey are the four colour choices available for both the Drum and Disc versions. The Disc variant, which comes with extra features, costs Rs 90,655, while the Drum variant costs Rs 86,405. At Rs 96,855 (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi), the top-of-the-line SmartXonnect model is available in Elegant Red and Matte Copper Bronze.
