Recently, WABetaInfo shared that WhatsApp is working on a new feature that is intended to enhance the calling experience of the users. The official source also shared that users can access more information about this feature on WhatsApp Beta for Android 2.24.5.5 currently available on the Google Play Store. The company has also shared a screenshot of the new feature while informing users about the upcoming feature.
WhatsApp’s Favourite Contact Feature to Be Rolled Out Soon
As seen in the attached screenshot, it seems that the Favourite Contacts feature is still in the development phase and WhatsApp may roll out this feature in the upcoming updates. Once rolled out, this feature will display the most dialled contacts at the top of the call section, so that users can easily make calls to their favourites.
