Xiaomi 10 Note Pro: From Design to Software, This Is The Best You Can Get In The Market

Xiaomi Note 10 Pro: Xiaomi paid a lot of attention to design when trying to make the Mi Note 10 Pro. Both the front and back are made of Gorilla Glass 5, which is better than the plastic designs of other phones like the Samsung Galaxy A50. It’s not waterproof, but it’s as strong as any other smartphone with a glass body.

It looks a lot like the Huawei P30 Pro. It has the same screen notch and selfie camera layout, but it has five cameras on the back instead of just one.

Xiaomi put the SIM tray, the volume, and power buttons, and the 3.5mm headphone jack all on one side. At the bottom, there is a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is also an IR blaster, which is getting harder to find outside of Xiaomi’s products.

Specifications of Xiaomi Note 10 Pro

OSAndroid 11
ProcessorSnapdragon 732G (8 nm)
USBUSB Type-C 2.0, USB On-The-Go
Size6.67 inches
Resolution1080 x 2400 pixels
Battery5020 mAh
RAM6 GB

With a big battery and a big screen, it’s not surprising that the Mi Note 10 Pro is not as slim as some of Xiaomi’s previous flagship and mid-range phones. For example, at 9.7mm and 208g, it’s much bigger than the Mi 9 Pro, which is 7mm and 196g. Xiaomi has taken steps to make the phone smaller overall, and the overall screen-to-body ratio is 87.6% thanks to the slim chin.

The Mi Note 10 is easy to hold because it has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It has a 6.47-inch AMOLED panel screen with 1080 x 2400 pixels (full-HD+) and a maximum brightness of 430 nits. The screen is clear and bright. We were able to use it well even in bright daylight, but some whites can look a little blue from some angles.

Cameras and Photography on the Mi 10 Note Pro

It has a lens with an aperture of f/1.7 and image stabilisation on 4 axes. With this lens, you can take photos as big as billboards, but you’re more likely to use pixel binning, which combines four pixels into one for a much higher-quality and more detailed 27Mp shot.

Because these photos are so big, it’s easy to zoom in on a specific area without losing detail. However, the camera itself isn’t much better than what the competition has to offer.

How the Xiaomi Note 10 Pro works

This isn’t the first time we’ve tested a smartphone with a Snapdragon 732G processor, which is also used in Realme phones. We’re still happy with the results, though. We didn’t notice any lag in the mobile interface, which was helped by the fact that it had 6GB of RAM. This is the same amount of memory as some top-of-the-line phones, but it doesn’t have a processor that works so hard.

Software for a Xiaomi Note 10 Pro

MIUI 13 is the latest version of Xiaomi’s version of Android that runs on the Mi 10 Note Pro. It has a new look and new features that make it easier to do day-to-day tasks.

A system-wide Dark mode and an Always-on display are two of our favourite new things. MIUI 11 also has new sound effects that change based on the time of day.

Xiaomi Note 10 Pro: Conclusion

This is a mid-range phone that costs more than Xiaomi’s top models, but it has great specs in terms of performance, photography, design, and battery life.

Even though they did pretty well in our tests, their main selling point—the 108Mp penta-lens camera—shows that there’s more to making a good smartphone camera than just adding more megapixels and lenses.

We recommend the Mi Note 10 because it has a big screen, a long-lasting battery, and a beautiful design. For some, the mid-range processor will be the only real downside.
