Xiaomi Watch S2: The Xiaomi Watch S2 smartwatch, which replaces the Xiaomi Watch S1, has just been released. According to the manufacturer, this smartwatch is now available with a 42mm or 46mm display. This has 1.43-inch and 1.32-inch display options. The wearable has more than 100 sports modes available. Additionally, it provides a variety of health monitoring capabilities, including blood oxygen level (SpO2) and heart rate monitoring. With this, the business claims that a single charge will last 12 days of battery life.

Xiaomi Watch S2 specifications

 The display sizes for the smartwatch are 42mm and 46mm. This has 1.43-inch and 1.32-inch display options. It features a 466x466 resolution and a pixel density of 353ppi. The MIUI Watch OS is applied to the smartwatch. It is compatible with iOS 12.0 or later and Android 6.0. The wearable has more than 100 sports modes, including cycling, hiking, football, jogging, and more. Numerous health monitoring features are also available, including heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level (SpO2) monitoring, female health monitoring, sleep monitoring, etc.

A new safety tracking feature has been added by Xiaomi to the smartwatch. Users can use it to send an SOS message in an emergency and include their geolocation. That is, in an emergency, it may prove useful in getting you help as quickly as possible. Additionally, this watch has capabilities like alarm, reminder, stopwatch, and message notification. For connectivity, Bluetooth v5.2 is supported. The user can make and receive calls with its assistance. Support for NFC is also included in it. The watch also boasts a 5ATM water resistance rating.

Price and Availability

The pricing of the Xiaomi Watch S2 for the 42mm display model is 999 yuan, or approximately Rs. 11,800. While the 46mm display version costs 1,099 yuan (about Rs 13,000). In terms of colours, it comes in Silver, Light Gold, and Black. This offers the choice of a silicone or leather strap.
