The human body needs only 4-5 gram of salt in a day. That means 3/4th of table spoon of salt, which includes everything. The things you need to avoid include pickle, Papad, any packed food (namkeen, biscuit), processed food, bread, and sauces.

Take Potassium Rich Foods

When you take these foods, your blood vessels relaxes and your blood pressure goes down. Another thing is that potassium increase the excretion of sodium and urine. Potassium rich foods include banana, spinach, sweet potato, beans, yoghurt, and nuts.
