HP Viral Video: Cloudbursts Wreak Havoc in Himachal, 1 Dead, 7 Missing in Karsog

The scenic Himachal Pradesh is witnessing the devastating face of nature. A sudden burst causes devastating damage, leaving one dead and several missing in the Karsog region. HP viral video showing the devastation of the state is getting the large-scale attention of netizens. 

Heavy rains and the flood in the Beas River trigger landslides and massive damage to life and property. The state authority has issued emergency alerts, closing nearly 259 dangerous roads to avoid further accidental deaths.

Several Power Projects were Damaged in Bakhli Khad

Multiple videos from Himachal Pradesh are going viral. The sudden cloudburst has caused intense damage to infrastructure in the Bakhli Khad area. Reporting this, journalist Sachin Gupta shares another devastating video on his X account from HP.

We can see that the roads are cracked, and the footbridge on the Beas River broke down. The river is flowing at an alarming rate, causing irreversible damage to its riverbanks. 

The journalist also reports on the caption that around 16-megawatt power projects in the Bahli Khad region got washed away due to the cloud burst. One person has died, and several are missing, and the state is in complete emergency, falling prey to nature's will.  

HP Viral Video Tremors Netizens

Netizens are praying for the safety of the people of the affected area. Watching nature's destructing force, they are warning tourists by saying, "Bada bhayanak manzar hai. In dino pahaadi ilaakon mein jaane se bachna chahiye 😳". People are sharing more heartwrenching videos from the ground, saying, "Is kshatigrast video ko bhi dekhein, jab Karsog ilaake mein baadal phata tha, tab ka yeh bataya ja raha hai". These videos reveal that the situation is far more destructive than we had imagined. People are urging the central government to provide immediate aid and support.  

Authorities Issue Statewide Weather Alert

In response to the disaster, the Himachal Pradesh government has declared a weather alert across the entire state. They have decided to shut down the schools and colleges as a precautionary measure. 

The State Disaster Response Force is in the affected area, tirelessly rescuing people. Tourists have been warned to avoid travelling to the hill areas right now as monsoon strikes catastrophic in Himachal Pradesh.
