IND VS SA ICC ODI World Cup 2023: Ravindra Jadeja Storm Annihilates Proteas Batting! Watch Here

You know it is a must watch show when Jadeja performs with both bat and ball. After finishing the inning strong with the bat, Jadeja annihilated South African batting lineup. A truly magnificent site to watch.

IND VS SA ICC ODI World Cup 2023: Before the start of the second innings, Irfan Pathan predicted that either Kuldeep Yadav or Ravindra Jadeja would pick a fifer today. And Jadeja proved him right in a fascinating fashion.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma introduced Jadeja in place of Mohammad Shami and Kuldeep Yadav and this move proved to be a masterstroke. The southpaw picked up two wickets in his first two overs. In that instance, everyone knew that we were in for a Jadeja special tonight.

He kept tormenting the Proteas batting and a line-up that looked the strongest could not even muster up 200 runs. It was a destruction by Indian bowling and Jadeja was the spear of that attack and the Proteas had no answer.

Sir Jadeja

The left-hander was introduced in the ninth over and immediately sent South African skipper Temba Bavuma back to the pavilion. It was a perfect Jadeja-esque delivery that left him speechless and had no other options.

After that, it was like a dam that could not be closed off. Jadeja was asking questions that no Proteas batsmen had answers to. After the first wicket, Jadeja sent Henrich Klassen, David Miller, and Marco Jansen back to dug out between 39 runs only.

He finished his fifer by making Kagiso Rabada his last prey. A trademark Jadeja caught-and-bowled sent him back to the pavilion. Indian team wrapped up the South African inning for just 83 runs. Mohammad Shami and Kuldeep Yadav picked two each while Siraj picked one.
