Amid farm protest- Protestors march to Governor’s house in Patna against farm laws, lathicharged

Today, Rajbhawan March of farmers’ organizations is taking place in Bihar capital Patna against the new agricultural law. For this, a large number of agitators belonging to various organizations have gathered in Patna. Meanwhile, the police have to resort to lathi charge in order to prevent the agitators from moving towards Raj Bhavan.

Farmers from various corners of the state marched on the streets of Patna on Tuesday in protest against the agriculture bill. The peasants’ march started off from the Gandhi Maidan towards the Raj Bhavan. The march had just reached the post bungalow intersection when the police stopped the agitators from moving forward. The farmers wanted to go further to the Raj Bhavan, but the police did not allow anyone to proceed.

According to local reports, the protesters and police also had a thud during March, after which the police had to lathicharge the protesters.

Meanwhile, former Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi also tweeted a tweet on the issue of farmers. Wrote, “Unemployment strikes young.” Atrocities of the public on inflation. Strike of ‘friends’ laws on the farmer. This is the Modi government. “

Farmers were repeatedly demanding the cancellation of the agricultural bill. After a long commotion at the post bungalow intersection, the surrounding areas were jammed. The jam made it difficult for people to move through Gandhi Maidan. Passengers faced a lot of trouble due to the jamming of many roads including Jamal Road, Exhibition Road.
