Republic Day 2023: Ayodhya is regaining its former glory, Uttar Pradesh’s tableau depicts Deepotsava, watch video

Republic Day 2023: This year’s Uttar Pradesh float in the Republic Day parade was motivated by the Ayodhya Deepotsav festival. The tableau displayed the three-day Deepotsava that has been held in the state annually since 2017. On this occasion, major temples and monasteries in Ayodhya perform lighting, Saryu Aarti, decoration, and lamp illumination.By lighting 1.71 lakh lamps on Ram IC Paidi, UP set a Guinness World Record in 2017. By turning on more than 15 lakh lamps, a record was once again set in 2022.

Ayodhya is reclaiming its former splendour

Ayodhya Deepotsav consistently sets records. This distinctive tradition is a pious and divine attempt to spread the message of a peaceful society by doing away with negativity and hostility to the entire world and human race. Today, Ayodhya is reclaiming its former splendour. Through Deepotsava, the aura of “Tretayugin” fills Awadhpuri. Every believer in the nation and abroad eagerly scans towards Ayodhya to witness this wonderful event of India’s singular Sanatan tradition. A total of 23 tableaux, including 17 from States and Union Territories and six from different Ministries and Departments, will start moving the Kartavya Path to showcase the nation’s rich cultural heritage, economic progress, and strong internal and external security.

President of Egypt attends the parade as the chief guest

On Thursday, President Droupadi Murmu presided over the nation’s 74th Republic Day celebrations from Kartavya Path in New Delhi. Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the president of Egypt, attended the parade as the chief guest. Building on last year’s celebrations, this year’s “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav,” which marks the 75th anniversary of India’s independence, will feature zeal, enthusiasm, patriotic fervour, and “Jan Bhagidari,” as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The great freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s birthday, January 23, marked the start of a weeklong celebration. Aadi Shaurya – Parv Parakram ka, a unique military tattoo and tribal dance festival, was held in New Delhi on January 23 and 24 to commemorate the event.
