Viral Video: An official claimed that the Mumbai police detained a 24-year-old man on Sunday after his video of him performing a risky stunt on a motorcycle with two ladies went popular on social media. He claimed that the accused has cases filed against him at the Wadala TT and Antop Hill police stations.

Biker detained under Motor Vehicles Act and the Indian Criminal Code

He was detained, according to the police, for violating relevant parts of the Motor Vehicles Act and the Indian Criminal Code (IPC), including section 308 (attempt to commit culpable homicide).
