The woman's decision to run the car over the policeman in front of her and throw him into the air, just moments after telling him to step aside and shutting the driver-side window, stunned social media users. She broke down the barricade in the toll plaza and left the scene.

Islamabad Traffic Police stated that the incident happened in January of this year and that the woman was booked for her actions after the video became viral online. The woman was stopped at the toll plaza to receive a fine after being caught overspeeding on the freeway, according to a police report filed on January 2.
