Viral Video: A lizard was discovered in a samosa that a customer had purchased from a confectionery, which caused a stir in Pilkhuwa. After gathering information, the police persuaded the public to calm down, at which point they notified the Food Department of the situation.

Pooja Sweets on Chandi Road Drain

Pooja Sweets is a confectionery located on Chandi Road drain. Manoj, a resident of Mohalla New Arya Nagar, brought samosas from the aforementioned sweet shop home with him on Wednesday. A lizard was visible within the samosa when it was opened to be eaten. When the family members arrived at the store carrying the lizard samosas, they all made a scene and called the police. A throng of people soon assembled at the location. When the police arrived, they settled the situation and provided the Food Safety Department with more information.

Shop Owner's Defense

Manoj has lodged a complaint at the police station, requesting that the shop operator be held accountable. Rakesh Tomar, the shop owner, claims that since the pitti is filled by hand when creating samosas, there is no chance of a lizard getting inside. SHA Suman Kumar Singh asserts that the Food Department has been provided with information, and that people should be persuaded to calm down about the situation. Food officer did sampling on Pooja Sweet which is playing with people's health. According to Pilkhuwa Food Inspector Omprakash, the police have been notified of reports of lizards discovered in samosas bought from Pooja Sweets. After visiting the location, rules-compliant action will be conducted.
