Viral Video of Dispute Over Seat Change Escalates Into Violent Assault

A video posted by Uttar Pradesh ORG News on X shows a man drenched in blood after a seat dispute turned brutal. Passenger Rajprakash was travelling from Delhi to Bhopal on the Vande Bharat Express when the fight began.

Witnesses report the argument started over swapping seats, which quickly spiralled into violence. The victim alleges BJP MLA from Jhansi, Rajiv Singh Paricha, summoned his supporters to attack him. Victim Alleges MLA’s Involvement in Orchestrating Assault

The victim claims that under the MLA’s influence, his supporters beat him mercilessly on the moving train. He says the attackers cornered him near the coach door before landing repeated blows. 

The victim’s statement accuses the lawmaker of abusing his position to orchestrate a public assault. He insists the violent act went beyond a simple seat disagreement. Railway staff have reportedly registered the victim's plea and begun recording his testimony. 

Shock and Outrage as Lawmaker Linked to Train Violence

Suddenly, an uproar erupted after the viral video linked a lawmaker to the train attack. Immediately, Rail Seva responded with an official comment, “Sambandhit adhikariyon ko suchit kiya ja raha hai. @DrmJhansi”. 

A user voiced fierce anger, “Satta paksh k log hai sab washing machine me dhule hue hai...kuch nhi hone wala hai...jab chuna hai inko to maar khao bhai ab....baaki mukhiya ji to wah wahi loot hi rhe hai…”. 

Another user demanded reform, “Politicians, bureaucrats are a black spot on this country. Change them asap”. Many call for urgent investigations and stronger rail safety measures.
