Viral Video: Four Indian people returning from Bangkok on the flight beat another Indian passenger, creating horrifying scenes that shocked other passengers.
According to reports, the brawl happened on Tuesday. A video of the incident has gone viral, and many people on social media are calling for the inclusion of individuals responsible on a no-fly list.

On a Thai Smile Airways aircraft, a free-for-all broke out, and the staff was observed doing their utmost to diffuse the situation.

THAI Smile Airways issues statement after the incident

The airlines issued a statement after the event that read, “THAI Smile Airways feels sorry for this. We reaffirm that the incident has been taken care of as we followed the flight safety procedures in accordance with international standards. Our flight crews have already provided support to the persons affected by an incident.”

A flight attendant is shown attempting to calm down two males who are seen in the beginning of the video fighting with each other. “Put your hand down,” or “haath neeche kar,” is heard one of the men saying to the other.

One of the males begins punching the other as the argument quickly gets heated. His friends quickly join the attack. The other man is seen attempting to defend himself but does not return the blow. Co-passengers and cabin workers can be heard pleading with the men to stop the attack in a stunned manner. Finally, a flight attendant is able to break up the altercation.

Similar incidents reported earlier

Another in-flight incident involving a shouting confrontation between a passenger and an IndiGo flight attendant from Istanbul to Delhi was reported earlier this month. While some customers berated the crew, others argued that travellers had to treat flight attendants with respect.

IndiGo Airlines issued the following statement in reaction to the earlier event: “We are looking into the incident and would like to assure that customers’ comfort has always been our top priority.”
