Mumbai Viral Video-Turn Of Events

Hospital staff and onlookers were shocked and surprised to see that Isma was behaving and acting normally despite having a sickle stuck to his head. The injured man could be seen in the now viral video as using his mobile phone while waiting for this turn outside the trauma ICU.

Social Media Comments

A user commented, “This feels less like reality and more like a rejected scene from a low-budget action film. Man casually scrolling his phone while the rest of us are questioning physics. At this point, VFX artists are probably offended.” Another user commented, “He’s just standing there, calm, using his phone and I can’t even function when I skip one meal.”

A user wrote, “People calling it VFX but honestly, real life has been outdoing cinema for years now. No background music, no dramatic zoom, just pure disbelief. Mumbai never disappoints when it comes to plot twists.” Another user said, “This man’s pain tolerance deserves a separate category in science textbooks. Meanwhile, I act like I’m dying during a mild headache. Perspective has officially been reset.”

A horrified user commented, “The calmness is what’s unsettling. Not the injury, not the blood but just the casual phone scrolling. Like he’s waiting for a train, not trauma care.” Another said, “Netizens saying VFX because accepting reality is harder. And honestly, I don’t blame them. This looks like something even CGI would struggle to sell.”

A user wrote, “The human body is resilient, but this feels like it’s pushing every known boundary. Or maybe we just underestimate how bizarre real life can get. Either way, I’m shocked.” Another commented, “If this doesn’t make you question reality, I don’t know what will. We’ve reached a point where real events look fake. And fake things feel more believable.”
