According to reports, the woman (a mother of two children) was allegedly in a relationship outside her marriage. Tensions had been rising at home, leading to frequent quarrels between her and her husband. Suspicious of her behaviour, the man decided to keep an eye on her. What he discovered left him stunned.
The viral clip (first shared by the account @hindipatrakar on X) shows what happened next. The user wrote in Hindi, “Unfaithful love! In Varanasi, the husband started spying to find out the reason for his wife’s upset and found out that his wife was having a love story with someone else. For domestic peace, the husband caught his wife red-handed and got her married to her lover. The wife has two children from her first husband.”
The 52-second video shows the woman and her lover exchanging garlands in what appears to be a forced wedding organised by the husband. Instead of reacting violently, the man chose to resolve the matter by making his wife marry her lover.
The video has been viewed over one lakh times and has sparked a wave of comments online. Many users praised the husband’s decision, while others criticised the growing trend of extramarital affairs.

The viral video has drawn comparisons to the recent “blue drum incident.” In that case, a man named Hansram, also known as Suraj, was found dead inside a blue plastic drum on the rooftop of a house in Kishangarh Bas, Rajasthan. His throat was slit, and his body was covered with salt to speed up decomposition.
His wife Sunita and the landlord’s son Jitendra were accused in the case. Shockingly, their eight-year-old child witnessed the crime and later told police how his mother and Jitendra stuffed the body into the drum. Both suspects were later arrested.
