Viral Video: 20-year-old man identified as Yogesh Shinde was seriously hurt in a startling incident that went viral on social media. He was struck by a Mudgal, a wooden stick used for training in traditional Indian akharas, at a Mumbai gym. Dharavi Nakel, a gym trainer who attacked Shinde, said that Shinde was staring at him angrily when he had the violent outburst.

CCTV footage from the gym in Mulund East shows Shinde exercising when Nakel suddenly picks up the Mudgal and strikes him on the head. Shinde is seen clutching his head in pain as other gym-goers confront Nakel about his violent act.
Member of gym from from last two years, Shinde was promptly sent to the hospital to receive treatment for a minor fracture. Shinde is stable right now, despite how severe the attack was. Nakel was arrested on charges of assault and serious injury after the gym member made a police complaint against the trainer.
The viral video has sparked a wave of reactions on social media. One user questioned, "Why did he suddenly hit him when everything seemed to be going fine?" Another commented, "Nowadays anyone will consider himself a trainer." A third user remarked, "No one is trustworthy nowadays." Many called for strict punishment for Nakel, with one user stating, "This trainer should be given strict punishment for the way he has beaten up an innocent person."
