The recent video surfaced on social media is of Bihar in which a mobile thief is seen hanging from the train. Nowadays the thieves are more afraid from the public as compared to police. Tha hanging thieve from the window of the train, was caught by the passengers during seezing a phone. He is seen constantly pleading with the passengers not to leave him.
