Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria said at the Joint Graduation Parade at the Air Force Academy in Dundigul on Saturday that “the Air Force is monitoring the ground reality in the Galwan Valley”. The Joint Graduation Parade is an event that marks the completion of pre-commissioning training of flight cadets from various branches of the Indian Air Force.
Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria said, “As far as the post-Galwan incident is concerned, everything is being monitored. We are evaluating the ground report and taking action accordingly.” On India-China border dispute, Air Force Chief RKS Bhadauria said, ‘Next round of talks are going on’.
Giving details about the deployment strategy further, the Air Chief Marshal said, “The current deployment is based on the level of need post Galwan. And it varies depending on the situation. But, there is a fundamental increase in deployment and the total deployment will vary especially for the Air Force”.
Dismissing the rumors of the Air Force losing its power after Galvan, Bhadauria said, “The Air Force has not lost its power in a year after the Galwan incident. This is false information. Despite the fact that there is a high deployment of Chinese infrastructure and Chinese forces along the border, we have kept an eye on these reports and have deployed our forces which are more capable than before.”
Speaking on the technological advancements in the Air Force in the coming years, the Air Chief Marshal said, “Every modification we make is focused on technological development. We have laid great emphasis on networking, digitization and automation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a very important role in our operations”.
