Recently Turkish Singer chopped her hair on stage in solidarity with Iranian Women

Melek Mosso, a Turkish singer, is the most recent in a long line of women to publicly support the anti-hijab demonstrations in Iran. A video of the performer cutting her hair on stage in support of the Iranian demonstrators has already gone popular on social media.

Videos shared on social media showed protesters calling for the overthrow of the clerical establishment as they clashed with security forces in Tehran, Tabriz, Karaj, Qom, Yazd, and many other Iranian cities, despite the rising death toll and a fierce crackdown by security forces using tear gas, clubs, and, in some cases, live ammunition.
