Bajaj Chetak 2025 Urban Edition: Stylish, Practical, and Ready For City Ride, Check Features

The Bajaj Chetak 2025 Urban Edition combines timeless styling with modern EV technology. With a robust metal body, smart connectivity, efficient range, and accessible pricing, it’s well-suited for city commuters.

The Chetak 2025 Urban Edition from Bajaj Auto is a new electric scooter that is perfect for everyday travel in cities. This edition aims to offer style, comfort, and usefulness all in one package by combining retro-inspired looks with cutting-edge technology.

Retro-Modern Style

The iconic design language of the name is carried over into the Chetak 2025 Urban Edition, which also has some modern improvements. It has a strong, all-metal body that makes it last and feel high-quality. It comes in four beautiful colours: Skyline Blue, Brooklyn Black, Granite Grey, and Cyber White. Riders who care about both looks and build quality will like it.

Performance That Works Well

The Urban Edition is made up of a 2.9 kWh lithium-ion battery and a motor that is placed on the hub. This set-up can go as fast as 73 km/h, which is fast enough for city streets. According to IDC, the scooter has a range of 113 km, but in real life, it would only last about 90–100 km per day. When compared to gasoline bikes, this efficiency saves a lot of money, equal to about 55 km per litre.

Smart and linked features

Bajaj gave the Urban Edition a digital display that works with Bluetooth. This lets users use a connected mobile app to see their speed, battery life, and where they are going. The scooter also lets you control the music, receive calls, keep track of your belongings, charge your devices via a USB port, and operate without a key.

Optional TecPac features like hill-hold help and geo-fencing make the bike safer and easier to use for people who want more technology.

Safety and Ride Feeling Good

Combi-braking, which has drum brakes on both wheels, makes sure that stops are balanced and safe. The tires are made to grip better, especially when it’s wet, which is important for riding in cities where the weather can change quickly.

Value Proposition and Pricing

The Bajaj Chetak 2025 Urban Edition costs around ₹1.15 lakh (ex-showroom) and up to ₹1.25 lakh (on-road), based on where you live and what accessories you choose. With its sturdy design, smart features, and good performance, the scooter is a strong contender in the growing market for electric two-wheelers.
