Bhramari
Put a mat on the ground and sit on it with your husband side by side. Close your eyes with both hands. Now both of you inhale deeply and exhale with humming sound “Om’ or “Mmm” like a bee.

Nadi Shodhan
Sit with your spine erect and eyes closed. Keep your left palm on your left knee. Close your right nostril with your thumb and exhale slowly through the left nostril. Inhale through the left nostril. Close the left nostril with your ring finger, then open and exhale through the right nostril.

Uijayi
Sit comfortably with your erect spine. Now breathe in and out slowly through your nose to produce hmm sound. Try to maintain equal length in your inhalations and exhalations.
