Lucknow News: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has opened registrations for its much-anticipated Anant Nagar (Mohan Road) Residential Scheme, offering a major opportunity for homebuyers seeking planned housing and modern living in the state capital.
According to LDA officials, registration for 637 residential plots under the third phase of the Anant Nagar scheme has commenced from December 20, 2025, and will remain open until January 12, 2026. The scheme is positioned as a symbol of a modern lifestyle, featuring planned infrastructure and RERA-approved development.
Wide Range of Plot Sizes on Offer
Under the third phase, plots of multiple sizes are available to cater to different housing needs. These include 41 plots of 450 square metres, 224 plots of 288 square metres, 225 plots of 200 square metres, 90 plots of 162 square metres, and 57 plots of 112.5 square metres.
Of the total plots, 617 plots are located in Akash Khand, while 20 plots are situated in Adarsh Khand, providing applicants with multiple location options within the scheme.

Interested applicants can register online by logging into LDA’s official registration portal at registration.ldalucknow.in. The authority has made the process completely digital to ensure transparency and ease for applicants.
The Anant Nagar housing project is RERA-approved, and detailed information regarding plot specifications, terms and conditions, and the customer portal can be accessed through the official website or by scanning the QR codes shared by the authority.

Urban development experts view the Anant Nagar scheme as part of LDA’s broader effort to promote organized residential growth along key corridors such as Mohan Road.
