Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 50: Ranveer Singh’s Spy Actioner Hits Roadblock After Border 2 Release, Weekend Growth Now Crucial

Dhurandhar box office collection stands at Rs 831.05 crore after 50 days. The film is struggling to reach Rs 850 cr milestone amid Border 2 release. Check detailed report!

Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 50: Ranveer Singh’s spy action thriller Dhurandhar has enjoyed a strong and steady run at the box office. However, after completing 50 days in theatres, the film has clearly slowed down. After several weeks of solid collections, it has now entered a difficult phase with very limited scope for further growth.

The release of Sunny Deol’s Border 2 has shifted audience attention and screen space. The upcoming weekend is extremely important for Dhurandhar to stay in cinemas for a few more days.

Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 50

According to Sacnilk, Dhurandhar box office collection stands at Rs 831.05 crore net in India after 50 days. The film has been screened across nearly 214,150 shows nationwide. These figures place it among the biggest Hindi hits of 2025. However, daily collections have dropped steadily in recent days.

On its eighth Friday (Day 50), the film earned only Rs 0.55 crore. With daily earnings now limited to just a few lakhs, it is uncertain whether Dhurandhar can survive for another week in theatres. The film’s future now depends largely on Saturday and Sunday numbers. A decent weekend jump could help it continue briefly, but without that support, the end of its theatrical run appears close.

The release of Border 2 has changed the domestic box office scenario. Many multiplexes and single screens have shifted more shows to the Sunny Deol-led war drama. As a result, Dhurandhar is now running on fewer screens.

With reduced show counts, weekday growth has become almost impossible. Despite this, the film’s long run remains impressive and shows strong audience interest over nearly eight weeks.

Although Dhurandhar is already an all-time BLOCKBUSTER, it is struggling to cross Rs 850 crore net mark in India. The film’s performance is even more notable because it is an A-rated espionage thriller. Such films rarely sustain collections for this long.

Globally, Dhurandhar has already crossed Rs 1,280 crore worldwide, supported by strong overseas earnings. This further confirms its massive commercial success.

About The Film

Released on December 5, 2025, Dhurandhar is directed by Aditya Dhar. Ranveer Singh plays Hamza, also known as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, an Indian intelligence officer. The film also stars Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal in key roles.

The story follows a covert anti-terror mission that moves through the criminal and political underworld of Karachi. It draws inspiration from real events such as the IC-814 hijacking, the 2001 Parliament attack, and the 2008 Mumbai attacks.

Made on an estimated budget of Rs 225–280 crore, Dhurandhar also stands out for its long 214-minute runtime, making it one of the longest mainstream Indian films in recent years.
