The box office run of Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge continues to make headlines even after a historic opening week. The Ranveer Singh starrer spy thriller has crossed the Rs 600 crore mark in India in just seven days. Even though the film has started to slow down slightly on weekdays, its collections are still stronger than what most films manage on their opening days.
Trade reports suggest that the film is now moving towards the lifetime domestic total of Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee‘s Jawan. With the second week beginning, the film’s strong hold at the box office shows that audience interest is still very high.
After a record-breaking start, the numbers have become more stable, but the film continues to perform at a level rarely seen in Indian cinema. This steady run proves the strong pull the sequel has created in theatres across the country.
