Renault and Nissan collaborating to launch an SUV soon in India? All we know

Renault and Nissan: In the beginning of the year, Nissan and Renault announced their product plans and a new investment of Rs 5,300 crore for the Indian market. Six brand-new models made in India will be unveiled by the firm there. which will have three new cars.

The new-generation Renault Duster will make its world debut later this year, according to media reports. In India, it can be introduced in 2025. Nissan will also release new 5- and 7-seater SUVs that are based on the Duster, but each of these models are anticipated to have unique design cues, interior components, and features. On the CMF-B chassis, the upcoming Renault and Nissan 7-seater SUVs will be constructed, and local production is most likely. The Dacia Bigster concept, which was initially unveiled in 2021, served as inspiration for the all-new Duster’s design.

Two petrol engines, a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated and a 1.5-litre turbo GDI engine, are anticipated for the third-generation Renault Duster and its Nissan counterpart. Both a front-wheel drive and an all-wheel drive system are options for this SUV. Lower trims may come with a front-wheel drive powertrain layout, while higher trims may come with an all-wheel drive system. The updated Duster will be larger and more spacious than the outgoing model.
