Tata Blackbird SUV: With 5 star safety features, sportier looks and innovative features, this vehicle can disrupt the market dynamics completely

Tata Blackbird SUV: This black bird is going to control the market with 5 star rating, know the pricing and features, even before the introduction of Tata Blackbird, there was a loud bang everywhere. Everyone is drawn to it because of its knockout appearance and five-star safety features. I’d like to point out that the new SUV will be based on the current Nexa. However, it will be 4.3 metres longer than Nexa. A new car could be named Black Bird by the firm.

However, I am pleased to inform you that Tata Motors will shortly enter this market. Tata currently has vehicles in 4 metre and 4.6 metre lengths. However, the incoming new SUV will fall somewhere in the middle. Tata’s automobile will soon compete with Creta and Seltos. The Nexa will serve as the foundation for the future revolutionary SUV. The firm has the option of naming this vehicle Blackbird, but no decision has been made.

Will break the records

Vehicles in the midsize SUV market sell very well in India. The Hyundai Creta has held the top spot on this list for a long period. The Kia Seltos is the segment’s second best-selling vehicle. In the other mid-size SUV sectors, there is no strong car.

Tata Blackbird SUV: Delay in launch

According to previous media reports, Tata Motors is planning to launch a new C-segment SUV called ‘Blackbird’ (Kali Chidiya in Hindi). When it was released, it would have competed with the Hyundai Creta, but according to current media sources, Tata has cancelled the ‘Blackbird’ project. Tata was supposed to collaborate with Chinese automaker Chery on this SUV, but due to tensions between India and China, Tata abandoned this proposal. Tata, on the other hand, has a backup plan.

Coming with 5 star safety features

According to rumours, Tata is working on a new coupe-style SUV called Curvv by adapting the Nexon’s X1 platform to the C-segment. It was also shown at the start of the year 2022. The Blackbird may not make it to the Indian market, but the Curvv will. However, the EV version of the Curve will be released ahead of the ICE version. The ICE version will follow in due course. Its ICE variant can cost between Rs. 12 and 22 lakhs.
