Engine details
A 2-litre petrol engine paired with an electric motor, producing a combined 186PS and up to 206Nm, is one of two available engines for the new Innova Hycross. There is also a 174PS and 205Nm non-hybrid model with the same engine. In comparison to the latter, the former has an e-CVT.
The Maruti Invicto can utilise a 2.0-litre powerful hybrid powertrain just like the Toyota Innova Hycross. A gearbox option for this engine is the e-CVT. The less expensive models, however, might come with a 2.0L petrol engine paired with a CVT.
Features
Toyota’s latest generation of MPV has ventilated front seats, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital driver’s display, dual-zone climate control, and these features. In addition, it boasts a wireless phone charger, a 360-degree camera, connected car technology, and a panoramic sunroof.
ADAS might not be available for the Maruti Invicto, according to rumours. ADAS safety technologies including lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic alert, and a pre-collision system might not be included.
Maruti apparently plans to eliminate the memory function for the driver’s seat, motorised tailboard and JBL sound system from the feature list in an effort to keep the price point competitive.
Price in India
The cost of a Toyota Innova Hycross ranges from Rs 18.55 Lakh to Rs 29.72 Lakh. The base model of the Toyota Innova Hycross is the G 7STR, and the top-of-the-line ZX(O) Hybrid variation has a price of Rs. 29.72 Lakh.
The Maruti Suzuki Invicto is expected to start at Rs 18 Lakh and go upto 25 lakh.
