The Primus is outfitted by Ampere with a 3.4kW engine and a 3kWh LFP battery. The Primus is advertised as having a maximum range of 107 km in Power mode and a top speed of 77 kmph. The Primus battery can take up to five hours to fully charge. In contrast, a detachable 3.94kWh lithium-ion battery with a 165km range powers the Vida V1 Pro, while a 3.44kWh unit with a 142km range powers the V1 Plus. Both versions have a top speed restriction of 80 kmph. While the Plus can reach 40 mph in 3.4 seconds, the Pro model can reach 40 mph in 3.2 seconds.
