Audi Q3 Sportback SUV: Audi India is preparing to expand its Q3 lineup in the country with the upcoming launch of the Q3 Sportback, as revealed by a teaser posted yesterday on the brand’s social media accounts. The Q3 Sportback will be the German brand’s first vehicle to hit the market in 2023, sitting above the standard Q3.

Q3 Sportback is based on Q3
The Q3 Sportback is based on the regular Q3, but with a’sportback’ or coupe silhouette, as the name suggests. The roofline of the car is slanted. The coupe SUV’s overall design will be similar to the Q3 that was released in India last year. However, we may see the addition of brand new alloy wheels to give it a distinct identity.
Some features
However, the cabin, including the equipment list, is expected to be carried over. A fully digital instrument cluster, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a wireless charger, dual-zone climate control, electrically adjustable front seats, and ambient lighting are likely to be included.
Price and variants
The Q3 Sportback is expected to be equipped with the same 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine as the Q3, which produces 190 PS and 320 Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. The car will also most likely be equipped with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system. Audi Q3 prices range from Rs 44.89 lakh to Rs 50.39 lakh at the moment (ex-showroom). The Q3 Sportback will most likely be priced slightly higher.
