Ather Energy: At its plant in Hosur, Ather Energy has started manufacturing the Ather 450 Apex. Swapnil Jain, a co-founder of the business, made the announcement on social media. Expect the Ather 450 Apex to start shipping soon, most likely in March, as production has just recently started. Ather Energy Apex
With a 13% improvement, the 450 Apex can now accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. Its acceleration from 40 to 80 km/h has increased by 30%. The 450X’s 6.4kW (8.5hp) electric motor was replaced with the PMS electric motor, which now produces 7kW (9.3hp). The torque peak is still 26 Nm.
Additionally, a new Warp+ mode for the e-scooter replaces the Warp mode of the 450X. Additionally, there is a regenerative braking feature called Magic Twist.
Design details
The transparent side panels of the 450 Apex make the unique blue colourway with the orange wheels and subframe visible stand out among other features of the vehicle. LED lights, dual disc brakes, a touchscreen display with Bluetooth connectivity, and integrated navigation are among the features.
The primary opponent of the 450 Apex is the Ola S1 Air, with a price tag of Rs 1.89 lakh, ex-showroom.
