Chromebooks have long been regarded as quick, safe, and user-friendly computers. We have enhanced their capabilities and increased the selection of devices available to users since their inception more than ten years ago, ” the business stated in a blog-post.

“Together with our partners Acer, ASUS, and Lenovo, we are taking that effort a step further today by presenting the world’s first laptops built for cloud gaming,” they further continued.

The business unveiled three new Chromebooks: The Lenovo Ideapad Gaming Chromebook, the ASUS Chromebook Vibe CX55 Flip, and the Acer Chromebook 516 GE. Gaming-friendly features on these laptops include 120Hz+ high-resolution screens for crystal clear images, RGB gaming keyboards with anti-ghosting capabilities (on certain models), WiFi 6 or 6E, and WiFi 6 or 6E.
According to Google, the industry-leading game performance measuring platform GameBench independently evaluated and confirmed all Chromebooks for cloud gaming.
