Hyundai Santa Fe 2024: The fifth-generation Santa Fe SUV has been unveiled by Hyundai Motor Company. Compared to earlier generations, the SUV now sports a considerably more boxy and butch appearance. The brand asserts that research into current trends in outdoor lifestyles served as inspiration for the design.

"The all-new Santa Fe is an SUV that finds the perfect balance between city life and the great outdoors, handling everything from busy family itineraries to car camping adventures," said SangYup Lee, Executive Vice President and Head of Hyundai Global Design Centre. The new Santa Fe leans into its SUV capabilities to offer more versatility than ever before as well as a premium customer experience. It has a longer wheelbase, wide interior and terrace-like tailboard area.

Know about the exterior

The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe was created with a lifestyle-based design philosophy, maximising rear storage space and making it suitable for both urban and rural activities. The large mesh grille area and LED headlamps on the front have a very rectangular theme. Similar to the recently released Hyundai Exter, the LED DRLs themselves are H-shaped, and an LED strip that spans the entire width of the grille creates a broader H-motif.

The Santa Fe has three rows of seating, two of which may be folded flat to increase the amount of interior space available for carrying freight. Hyundai has not yet revealed details about the Santa Fe's amenities, but you can anticipate them to include multi-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, electrically operated seats, heated and ventilated seats, ambient lighting, and—most importantly—ADAS technologies similar to those found in the Hyundai Ioniq 5.
