Tata Altroz CNG: The Altroz CNG was introduced by Tata Motors a few months ago with an ex-showroom starting price of Rs. 7.55 lakh. The automaker has now disclosed that the CNG Altroz has a stated mileage of 26.2 km/kg, as approved by ARAI.

Engine and variants

The 1.2-liter petrol engine that powers the Punch CNG. The motor produces 72 horsepower and 103 nm of torque when running on CNG. The engine is connected to a manual five-speed gearbox. The Altroz is available in the following CNG versions: XE, XM+, XM+ (S), XZ, XZ+, and XZ+ O (S). The Altroz CNG offers an electric sunroof, cruise control, and a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in addition to the standard equipment.

Other CNG mldels from the company

Three more models in the carmaker's inventory, in addition to the Altroz CNG, are available with CNG versions. These consist of the Punch CNG, Tiago CNG, and Tigor CNG. The twin-cylinder technology of the brand is included in every model.
