Tata Punch CNG: The Tata Punch CNG made its debut in January at the Auto Expo 2023. And tomorrow, after a long wait, the Indian automaker will finally unveil the CNG-powered mini SUV in India. Many dealerships across the country began collecting orders for the vehicle prior to the pricing announcement. It will be available in a variety of configurations, including the twin-cylinder CNG technology adopted from the Altroz CNG.

Engine, powertrain and features
The Punch CNG will be powered mechanically by a 1.2-litre three-cylinder NA petrol engine paired with a factory-fitted CNG kit. In CNG mode, the motor is calibrated to produce 76bhp and 97Nm of torque while mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. The Punch CNG will have six airbags, projector headlamps, 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, a seven-inch touchscreen system, automated climate control, and a voice-activated electric sunroof.
Price and rivals
When it will arrive, the Punch iCNG is expected to cost between Rs. 75,000 and Rs. 95,000 more than the similar petrol type. It will fight in the segment with the recently announced Hyundai Exter CNG.
