This ADV will be built on a new platform and will be powered by a 450cc liquid-cooled engine. The Himalayan's engine will produce roughly 40bhp but will have more low and mid-range torque.

2024 KTM 125 Duke

The KTM 125 Duke 2024 is anticipated to go on sale in India in November 2023, with a suggested retail price of between Rs. 1,75,000 and Rs. 1,80,000. This bike's new 125cc liquid-cooled, Euro 5.2 compliant engine generates 14.95 horsepower and 11.5 Nm of torque. Additionally, the engine casings are modified. It's worth noting that the India-spec 125 Duke of the current generation produces 14.5PS and 12Nm of torque, while the UK equivalent produces the same power but delivers 12Nm.

Suzuki V-Strom 800DE

The Suzuki V-Strom 800DE is anticipated to be on sale in India in November 2023, with a price tag between Rs 11,00,000 and Rs 12,00,000. A 776cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled DOHC engine with a 270-degree crankshaft design that complies with Euro5 standards is one of the mechanical features of the V-Strom 800DE. With a six-speed gearbox attached, the motor is said to provide 22.7 kmpl of fuel efficiency.

Yamaha MT-03

The Yamaha MT-03 is anticipated to go on sale in India in December 2023, with a suggested retail price of between Rs 3,50,000 and Rs 4,00,000. Because the MT-03's mechanical characteristics are comparable to those of the YZF-R3, it also has a 321cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin motor. On the international-spec vehicle, this engine produces 29.6Nm and 42bhp when mated to a six-speed gearbox.

Suzuki GSX-8S

Suzuki GSX-8S is set to debut in India in November 2023, with a price range of Rs 10,00,000 to Rs 11,00,000. The GSX-8S is powered by a 776cc parallel-twin engine with a 270-degree crank that produces 81.7bhp and 77.6Nm. This is comparable to its competitors, the Yamaha MT-07 and the Kawasaki Z650.
