TVS Victor 110: Victor was brought back by TVS after an absence of more than eight years, and the motorcycle is now listed above the Star City Plus in their lineup. Numerous aesthetic and technological improvements may be found in the redesigned Victor.

The motorcycle's headlamp is curved, and a small visor is added to conceal the instrument panel in the front. The sitting arrangement has been adjusted for comfort, and the single-piece, plush seat contributes to this goal for a short trip. The instrument panel receives a stylish analogue tachometer and a digital display that combines the speedometer, fuel gauge, and odometer. All age groups are likely to be drawn to the motorcycle's simplistic graphics.
A 110cc single-cylinder engine generating 9bhp and 9Nm of torque through a four-speed gearbox powers the Victor. The Victor has a 59.8 kmpl fuel efficiency rating in typical city driving. The bike has adjustable dual springs in the back and telescopic forks up front. Drum brakes are used for stopping at both ends, with the option of a front disc brake. SBT (Synchronised Braking Technology) is available on both models.
Six paint jobs are offered for the TVS Victor: blue, red, silver, grey, black/red, and black/grey. Drum, Disc, and Premium are the three variations of the motorcycle that are offered. The Vector competes against the Honda Livo and CB Shine models in the 110cc commuter market.
