2023 Hyundai i20 Facelift: Hyundai India has introduced the updated i20 in the country, with a starting price of Rs. 6.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The new i20 comes in five colour variants: Era, Magna, Sportz, Asta, and Asta (O). In this article, we will tell you all about this updated hatchback.
2023 Hyundai i20 Facelift design
The facelifted i20 2023 has a reworked parametric grille portion. It also has new LED headlights with distinctive LED DRLs, revised front and back bumpers, 16-inch alloy wheels, and a revised rear profile. It has a bold appearance due to the sharp lines and increased aerodynamics.
Powertrain details
The redesigned i20 is powered by a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder NA petrol engine with ISG, which may be combined with either a five-speed manual gearbox or an IVT gearbox. This motor has a power output of 82bhp and a torque output of 115Nm. It comes with a three-year or one-lakh-kilometer standard guarantee.
Features onboard
It now includes a dual-tone grey and black interior, semi-leatherette seats, and leatherette application door armrests, as well as a new D-cut steering wheel, BOSE premium 7 speaker system, and C-type USB charger.
In terms of safety, 26 features are now standard, including 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Assist Control (HAC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), and a 3-point seat. Many other features are incorporated, including belt and seatbelt reminders for all seats. Aside from that, you get over 60 connected automobile features, 127 embedded VR commands, 52 Hinglish voice commands, over-the-air updates, and a multi-language UI that supports 10 regional and 2 international languages. This vehicle is available in six monochromatic and two dual-tone colour variants, including the new Amazon Grey.
