Kalyan Bainsla Arrested From Rajasthan
Bainsla was arrested in Rajasthan following the September 13 incident on Gurugram’s Golf Course Road. The accused was allegedly driving a car that collided with a sports bike ridden by a woman identified as Sia, leaving her injured.
Police intensified the investigation after video footage of the incident circulated widely and raised questions over whether the collision was deliberate. Bainsla had reportedly left Gurugram after the incident and was subsequently traced to Rajasthan.
Attempt to Murder Section Added After CCTV Analysis
According to police, a detailed examination of CCTV footage led investigators to add Section 109 of the BNS to the case. The move indicates that police are investigating the possibility that the collision was intentional rather than merely a road accident.
The accused has denied intentionally hitting the biker. His lawyer has also disputed the allegations and claimed that the circumstances surrounding the crash were different from what has been alleged by the woman biker.

The incident has drawn significant attention after footage showing the collision surfaced online. Sia has alleged that the car followed her and deliberately rammed her motorcycle. She has also questioned why the driver did not stop after the crash.
