Coronavirus Cases in India: 8,603 new cases of corona virus have been reported in India within a day. Union Health released the data on Saturday and said that during this period 415 patients have died and 8,190 recoveries have been registered. The number of active Covid-19 cases in the country is 99,974.
According to the latest data released by Markazi Vazarate Sehat at 8 am, 415 people were confirmed dead on Saturday due to corona virus, after which the death toll increased to 4,70,530. For the last 160 days, less than 50,000 daily cases of Covid-19 are coming. Now 99,974 patients are undergoing treatment in the country, which is 0.29% of the total cases, which is the lowest since March 2020. The national rate of recovery in the country is 98.35 percent.
According to the ministry, there has been a decrease in the number of patients undergoing treatment in the last 24 hours. The daily infection rate is 0.69 percent. For the last 61 days, it is less than two per cent. The ministry said that the weekly infection rate was recorded at 0.81 percent. For the last 20 days it is less than one percent. So far, 3,40,53,856 patients have become infection free in the country and the death rate is 1.36 percent.

At the same time, 126.53 crore doses of vaccine have been given since the start of the nationwide vaccination campaign. On August 7 last year, the number of corona patients in the country had exceeded 20 lakhs, on August 23, 30 lakhs and on September 5, more than 40 lakhs. At the same time, the total cases of infection had crossed 50 lakh on 16 September, 60 lakh on 28 September, 70 lakh on 11 October, 80 lakh on 29 October and 90 lakh on 20 November. In the country on December 19, these cases crossed one crore, on May 4 this year it crossed two crores and on June 23, these cases had crossed three crores.
