Indian Cities Record Very High Temperatures, Here’s What IMD Says

It is very hot from north to south at this time. It has become difficult for people to get out of their houses. In many states of the country, the mercury has already crossed forty. So while there is a heatwave alert in nine states of the country, IMD has given a big update in this regard.

IMD’s senior scientist Soma Sen Roy informed the media that ‘yes, the weather has become very hot in many states at this time. Today heat wave is going on in Punjab and Haryana, while the temperature here has reached above 40 degree Celsius. IMD said that ‘a lot of heat is being felt in Central Uttar Pradesh, East region as well and heatwave is going on here too, while there is already relief in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh today as compared to yesterday and there has been a decrease in the heat.’

Weather will change in Delhi-NCR

Soma Sen clearly said that ‘hot winds will not blow in North-West India from tomorrow but this orgy will continue in other states, whereas after tomorrow the weather will turn in Delhi-NCR and due to Western Disturbance, there will be heavy rains and rains in hilly areas. There is a possibility of hailstorm, which will affect Delhi and surrounding areasIt will also rain in the states, which will definitely give relief to the people from the heat. So there is a possibility of continuation of heat wave conditions over East India during the next 4 days and thereafter reducing.

The IMD had earlier said that people would have to bear more heat waves in the coming days as this time there is a possibility of more heat.
