Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the countrymen through the radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’. This is the 80th episode of Mann Ki Baat programme. At the beginning of the program, PM Modi remembered Major Dhyan Chand on his birth anniversary. PM Modi said that wherever the soul of Major Dhyan Chand will be there, he will be happy because India’s hockey danka was played with Dhyan Chand’s hockey stick in the world and once again Indian hockey players raised the name of the country in hockey after 41 years.
PM Modi said that no matter how many medals may be received, but no citizen of India can enjoy victory until a medal is received in hockey and this time the hockey medal was received in the Olympics, after four decades.
PM Modi further said that when it comes to sports, it is natural that the entire young generation is seen in front of us. And when we look closely at the younger generation, what a big change is visible. The mind of the youth has changed. PM Modi said that today’s youth does not want to follow the old path. He wants to forge a new path. He said that the mind of the youth of the country is jumping to take the risk. I am seeing new possibilities in the youth.

He had said that the whole country was thrilled to see Indian players carrying the tricolor in the Tokyo Olympics. He had praised Isaac Munda, a daily wage laborer who has become a YouTuber. Munda (35) hails from Babupali village under Jujumura block of Sambalpur district of Odisha. He has now become a YouTube star and is earning lakhs of rupees.
