AAP and BJP councilors clash with each other on agricultural law, shoes hurled causing ruckus

In the video, some councilors were seen waving slippers while some councilors were waving shoes. BJP councilors raised slogans of ‘Shame Kejriwal and release corporation money’.

According to media reports, AAP councilors started an uproar in the BJP-ruled Northern Municipal Corporation over alleged misappropriation of Rs 2500 crore. During this time, they were waving leaflets and shouting slogans in the office. They demand that a CBI inquiry should be conducted in the case.

Earlier, corporators and activists of the Aam Aadmi Party protested on Sunday, sieging the houses of the three mayors of BJP-ruled municipal corporations. The AAP demanded a Central Bureau of Investigation probe into the alleged Rs 2,500 crore scam in the municipal corporation. AAP workers said that the mayor should explain how the Rs 2,500-crore entry from Southern Municipal Corporation, which was taking losses from the loss-making Northern Municipal Corporation accounts, suddenly disappeared, stating that the amount was owed to the Southern Municipal Corporation. How this entry was removed without receiving any money. AAP workers said that this is a big scandal.
