In Jharkhand, the period of Mini Lockdown that is Health Security Week has increased for the fourth time. Now the mini lockdown will continue in the state till June 3. During this period, the prohibition of pre-requisite items will continue. At the same time, the secretariat will be open till 2 pm.
Health security week has been extended for the fourth time in the state. Health safety week was first implemented in the state from April 22 to April 29, 2021. After this, it was implemented for the second time till May 13. At the same time, it was extended for the third time till 27 May. After this, the period of Health Locking Week that is Mini Lockdown has been extended till next June 3, 2021.
Here, the effect of mini lockdown implemented in the state is also visible. After the applicable health security week, the number of corona infects in the state has started to decrease. At the same time, the number of people going back home by beating Corona has also increased. Apart from this, the death toll from corona infection has also decreased. Currently there are 17,569 active cases in the state.
While shops are kept after 2 pm except for essential items during the mini lockdown, the operation of Inter State and Inter District buses has also been banned. On the other hand, E-Pass is mandatory on moving out from the house .
