Read Yogi Adityanath Plans To Make Uttarpradesh Education System Better

CM Yogi Adityanath, who has made a strong comeback to power in Uttar Pradesh, has decided to change the pattern of 10th and 12th exams of UP Board. He has also fixed the time frame for this.

CM Yogi held a meeting with the officials in Lucknow on Wednesday. During this, instructions were given for changes in the examinations of the UP Board. He said that the new pattern of 10th board examination should be implemented from the year 2023 and 12th by the year 2025.

According to the spokesperson of the state government, the officials of the Education and Youth Welfare Department gave their work presentation in the meeting. After seeing this, the CM said, ‘There is a need to implement the new pattern of board examination in class 12th by 2025 for educational and administrative reforms. At the same time, the new pattern of board examination in class 10th should be implemented before the start of the new session in 2023.’

CM Yogi instructed to start internship program in class 9 and 11. Along with this, he also asked to initiate action for skill development, certification and establishment of State School Accreditation Authority. The Chief Minister said that evaluation and certification of schools should be done every 5 years through this authority.

He ordered that in the areas where there are no government high schools and intermediate colleges yet, action should be initiated by making a strategy for their establishment within the next 5 years. Smart classrooms, real time monitoring, student tracking system and integrated data management system should be implemented in all the schools of the state.

CM Yogi directed that in the next 100 days, efforts should be made to make Wi-Fi facility, their website, email id of all the students and start biometric attendance system in government schools in the next 100 days. Along with this, development of career counseling portal ‘Pankh’, school online system and e-library portal should be developed. The Chief Minister also directed to constitute a Directorate of Sanskrit Education within two years. He also said that in view of the use of technology in education, an integrated data management system should be implemented.
