Triumph Unveils Speed Twin 900 & 1200, Upcoming beasts to come in two new colours, specs and feature details here

Triumph Speed Twin 1200 and 900

Triumph Speed Twin and 1200: Triumph has launched Speed Twin 900 and Speed Twin 1200 in the global market, speculations rifes that both these bikes will be launched in India either in the end of this year or in the beginning of 2024. Company has offered new colour options in the bikes, but there is no change in the mechanical parts and design of the bike. check full story to get into more details.

New Colour Options

Speed Twin 900 is now available in 2 new colour options, one of which is phantom black with Carnival Red and another one is competition green and phantom black, other than these colour options, this bike will also be sold in Zed Black colour options.

Comapany ha salso added 2 new colour option in Speed Twin 1200 which are storm grey with carnival red and Matte Storm Grey with Matte Ironstone while the Zed black colour options will be available as before.

Engine

Conpany has made no change in the tuning of engines in both bikes, Speed Twin 900 comes with 900 cc Parallel Twin Engine which generates the maximum power of 64.1 bhp at 7500 Rpm and a peak torque of 80 Nm at 3800 Rpm. Speed Twin 900 comes with a 5-Speed Unit Gearbox with 270 degree crackshaft supported engine.

Speed Twin 1200 is powered with a 1200 cc parallel Twin liquid cooled Engine with 270 degree crackshaft, this bike generates the maximum power output of 98.6 bhp at 7250 Rpm with a peak torque of 112 Nm at 4250 Rpm, this engine is clubbed with 6 Speed Gearbox with slip and assist clutch system.

Triuph has recently launched its Speed 400 in the Indian Automobile market, Scrambler 400 was also unveiled by the company which is scheduled to launch in October 2023. Both these bikes have received unprecedented attention from the Indian Auto market. Both these bikes comes with identical features but Scrambler 400 comes with a much bigger Front Disk and wheel, improved suspension travel with a dfferent exhaust provided by the company.
