The IMD weather report shows that rain is expected during the next two days in the Northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts that isolated areas of Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad will likely have light to moderate rainfall. In addition, the IMD Department has forecast rain and strong winds across the surrounding regions of several locations in Delhi, such as Jafarpur, Nazafgarh, Lodi Road, and IGI Airport. On March 25, Arunachal, Assam, and Meghalaya are expected to get significant rains.

According to the IMD, there will likely be light to moderate rainfall in scattered to fairly widespread areas, along with isolated thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal (also in Kolkata (and Sikkim. There will probably be moderate to severe thunderstorm activity tonight over Tripura and Mizoram. It is quite probable that there may be isolated instances of heavy rainfall or snowfall in Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim, and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, as well as Assam and Meghalaya. On the 25th, there is a possibility of isolated light to moderate rainfall along with thunderstorms and lightning over Bihar including Patna; Jharkhand and Gangetic West Bengal.
