In Delhi, the fine for not wearing a mask can be abolished. Sources say that this was discussed in the meeting of Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) held today, on which everyone agreed. However, official confirmation is yet to be made. In fact, to follow the Covid protocol, there is a provision of a fine of Rs 500 for not wearing a mask.
Earlier this fine was Rs 2 thousand, but it was reduced in the last DDMA meeting.
Let us inform that after the reduction in corona cases in the capital Delhi, the corona virus restrictions have been relaxed to a great extent.
Earlier, on February 27, along with lifting the night curfew, the government had announced to give relief to the people from various restrictions. Not only this, the requirement of wearing masks for people traveling in private cars was also done away with.
It is worth noting that in Maharashtra, it will not be mandatory to wear a mask from Saturday that is from April 2. In view of the decrease in the case of Covid, it has been decided to remove all the Covid-19 restrictions in the state. In a statement issued by the state government, it has been said that the use of masks will be advised, but it will no longer be mandatory.
